Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing Surgical Technology Program Celebrates First Graduating Class

The Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing Surgical Technology Program celebrated its first graduating class on August 6, 2015. Graduates include Brett Bonney, Seneca Falls; Jennifer Jansen, Geneva: Raechel Jensen, Phelps and Kendra Underwood, Newark.

Brett Bonney received the Surgical Technologist Student Achievement Award recognizing the student with the highest academic achievement in the Surgical Technology program.

Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing, in partnership with Geneva General Hospital, offers a full time program that is flexible and conducive to the adult learner seeking a career as a surgical technologist. This academic program will lead to a certificate in surgical technology awarded by Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing after completing 11 months of rigorous training.
